Manage task lists

Some of your administrative work may require multiple related tasks. Lists let you compile and organize those various tasks in one place!

You'll find task lists in the Tasks page in Home and the Planning Center mobile app.

Create a new task list

Duplicate a task list

Archive a task list

Unarchive a task list

This feature is currently only available when using Home in a web browser.

  1. Select the Tasks page from the top navigation.

  2. Select View archived lists in the left sidebar.

  3. Select the Actions button to the right of the list you want to unarchive.

  4. Choose Unarchive list from the dropdown.

Delete a task list

This feature is currently only available when using Home in a web browser.

  1. Select the Tasks page from the top navigation.

  2. Select the list you want to delete from the left sidebar.

  3. Select the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right.

  4. Choose Archive list from the dropdown.

  5. Select View archived lists in the left sidebar.

  6. Select the Actions button to the right of the list you want to delete.

  7. Choose Delete list from the dropdown.
