Improved: Help and support drawer

Planning Center loves our churches and one of the ways that we do that best is by providing an amazing support experience. Our support team is loved by so many of our customers, and the way that you interact with them just got an upgrade: a new help and support drawer!

We’ve leveraged our new System Toolbar to provide a fresh support experience that allows you to navigate options for help and support from the toolbar drawer:

You’ll recognize several familiar options here: searching our documentation, reading suggested articles, and sending our support team an email. We’ve also included a new “Learn and explore” section, where we curate content for you to explore more ways to get the most out of Planning Center. Here, you’ll find our prized Planning Center University tutorials as well as helpful getting started guides.

We’re so excited to bring this new help and support experience to you, and we are looking forward to building more ways for you to get the most out of our products!
